About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Northbridge Tutoring website and any tuition or courses you book with us. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payment

Course and tuition fees are quoted on enquiry or shown on each course page. Payment is normally taken after we've confirmed the right fit by email or call. Group courses begin once a minimum number of students has registered.

Cancellations and refunds

If you change your mind before the second session of a course or tuition block, we will refund any unused sessions in full. After that point, refunds are at our discretion. Individual missed lessons are not refundable, but we will share notes and, where possible, recordings.

Conduct

We expect a respectful environment for tutors and students alike. We reserve the right to end a booking, with a pro-rata refund of unused sessions, where this is not maintained.

Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
